Welcome to Duck & Cover! In 2022, we—Erin and Glen, a husband-and-wife duo, along with Erin's brother Vaughan—embraced an unexpected opportunity to take over this cherished establishment.
While we hadn’t actively sought out this venture, our love for delivering great food and service inspired us to make it happen.With Erin’s background in nursing, Vaughan’s expertise in engineering, and Glen’s experience as a courier, we bring a unique blend of skills to our team.
We each continue to work in our respective professions while pouring our hearts into Duck & Cover as our passion project. Our goal is to cultivate a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. We are committed to providing exceptional food and service to our community.
Additionally, we focus on nurturing our young staff, equipping them for future success, while ensuring a stable and supportive environment for our senior team members.
